Possible dues increase in 2011 Last year residents voted to purchase earthquake insurance with a 10% deductible. As stated in previous letters, this purchase has the potential to increase our dues by $10-$15 per unit (to cover the cost of the policy). If we go over budget in 2010 we will implement the dues increase in 2011. We will send a notification letter prior to any increase. Please help us keep Baywatch clean! A letter will soon be mailed to all Baywatch owners regarding complaints received regarding cigarettes and other garbage. Cleanup visits from our housekeeper/landscaper that do not fall within our bi-monthly housecleaning contract will be charged to the unit owner if the garbage is caused by the owner or their tenant. This fee is approximately $150.
